Traditional food from the Basque country, an authentic flavor


The tradition of flavor is the tradition that we follow in our restaurant and we offer it to you in several different menus, in our weekday menu and in our weekend and holiday menu, either for lunch or dinner.

One of our best valued menus is the tasting menu, which includes black pudding with peppers, delicious chorizo in cider, scrambled eggs with cod, cattle cutlet of about 400 g per person, dessert of you choice + Txozt. However, if you come as a family, a very interesting option is our special menu, for four people, which offers a portion of Jabugo shoulder, Jabugo loin or extra asparagus, grilled prawns (6 per guest), of hake (1 kg to distribute among the four diners), cattle chop or ¼ of roast lamb, dessert to choose + Txozt.
